A: YES, Executive Apartments weekly and monthly rates are always within the US government per diem.
Q: Are there Metro stops close to the apartment complexes?
A: YES, the majority of Executive Apartments are within an easy 5 minute walk to the Metro.
Q: Is there a minimum stay requirement for Executive Apartments?
A: YES, our minimum stay is five days, however, on a space available basis, we try to accommodate all our client's needs.
Q: Will I be required to sign a lease?
A: YES, but only if your stay is greater than 90 days.
Q: Is a security deposit required?
A: NO, security deposits and application fees are not required unless you have a pet.
Q: When can I Check In and Out?
A: Check-In is after 2pm and Check-Out is after 10am.
Q: Is housekeeping services service available?
A: YES, room rates normally include weekly housekeeping services.
Q: Are exercise facilities and swimming pools available at the apartment complex?
A: YES, you can enjoy the complete use of all building amenities including swimming pools and exercise facilities.
