Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am.
You will be provided with full check-in/check-out procedures prior to your stay.
You may request early check-in or late check-out, additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance to check if available.
Each apartment features high speed Wi-Fi. Login instructions will be provided in your arrival documents and are also displayed in the apartment.
One (1) free parking space is included at all our properties, except those in Washington DC. Additional parking is subject to availability and will incur additional fees - see individual property pages for details.
We do not provide parking at any of our DC properties, but paid or street parking may be available.
All of our properties are pet friendly. We offer a significant 50% discount on all one-off pet fees on arrival (usually >$500.00) to assist you as we understand the costs incurred by moving. Specific property pet policies and associated fees are listed on the individual property pages of our website.

Please note that you must inform both Executive Apartments ([email protected]) and PCS Lodging if you need to cancel/postpone your reservation. Informing PCS Lodging alone does not constitute a cancellation with Executive Apartments. Failure to cancel a reservation until after your scheduled arrival may result in cancellation fees for any nights that the room was held for your reservation.

The following constitutes an after-hours emergency: no electricity, no water, no heat (in winter), no air conditioning (in summer), non-working toilet, water leaks, refrigerator not working, and lock outs.
